Journey Integration Service
A private integration session designed to help you process, understand, and meaningfully apply what emerged during a plant medicine, ceremonial, spiritual, or deeply transformative experience.
The experience itself may open the door. Integration is how you decide what comes through it with you.
During this session, we’ll create space to revisit what you experienced, explore the emotions, symbols, memories, insights, or questions that remain, and identify what may be asking to change in your life now.
This work is not about forcing meaning onto every moment. It is about listening carefully to what stayed with you and supporting you in moving forward with intention.
Your Session Includes
Experience Reflection + Meaning Making
We’ll explore the most significant parts of your experience and what they may be revealing about your current path.
Our conversation may include:
Significant emotions, visions, memories, or sensations that arose
Recurring themes, symbols, people, or messages
Insights related to relationships, identity, purpose, grief, boundaries, or personal transformation
Areas where you feel clarity — and places where you still feel confused
What you may be being invited to release, accept, reclaim, or change
You do not need to remember everything or have a polished explanation of what happened. We can begin with what remains most alive for you.
Intuitive + Spiritual Reflection
When appropriate, intuitive guidance, tarot, journaling prompts, ancestral reflection, or other spiritual practices may be incorporated to help you explore themes that surfaced during your experience.
These tools are used as opportunities for reflection rather than definitive interpretations of what your experience “meant.”
Plant + Ritual Support
We may also explore gentle botanicals and ritual practices that can complement your integration process.
Depending on what emerged, this may include traditional plant allies associated with:
Grounding and settling back into the body
Rest and nervous-system support
Emotional processing and reflection
Grief and transition
Self-love and personal restoration
Dream work and continued reflection
Protection and energetic cleansing
Focus, clarity, and renewed intention
We can discuss ways to incorporate these allies through tea, baths, altar practices, journaling, meditation, aromatic preparations, time in nature, and other appropriate practices.
Bringing the Medicine Into Everyday Life
Integration is ultimately about what happens after the insight.
Together, we’ll explore small, realistic ways to honor what you received without feeling pressure to transform your entire life overnight.
That may mean creating a new boundary, beginning a daily ritual, having an important conversation, returning to your creativity, changing a relationship with yourself, spending more time in nature, or simply allowing yourself time to rest and observe.
The goal is not immediate action.
The goal is alignment between what you experienced and how you choose to live.
You’ll Leave With
A clearer understanding of the themes that emerged during your experience, space to process what still feels unresolved, and personalized practices for continuing your integration intentionally.
You may also leave with journaling prompts, ritual suggestions, plant allies, or specific commitments to explore between sessions.
The intention is for you to feel more grounded in what you experienced and more capable of carrying its wisdom into your everyday life.
Come Prepared With
You may arrive with a specific experience you want to unpack, a question you cannot stop thinking about, notes or journal entries from your journey, or simply the feeling that something happened and you need space to understand it.
There is no requirement that your experience was positive, profound, spiritual, or easy.
Integration can be especially valuable when an experience felt beautiful, confusing, emotional, challenging, unfinished — or all of those things at once.
Please Note
Integration support is offered for spiritual reflection, personal growth, and educational purposes. It is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, crisis care, medical treatment, or substance-use treatment and should not replace support from an appropriately licensed professional.
Plant-medicine discussions are educational and rooted in traditional and contemporary herbal practices. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment.
If an experience has resulted in persistent psychological distress, severe anxiety, paranoia, hallucinations, thoughts of self-harm, or difficulty functioning safely in daily life, professional medical or mental-health support may be more appropriate than a spiritual integration session.
